  3. This software, JUNAI, is owned and developed by Junaid. Any use of JUNAI, including access, distribution, duplication, modification, resale, or integration into other software or websites, must be authorized in writing by the owner.

  5. Users are granted limited permission to access JUNAI solely for evaluation or personal use. Commercial use, resale, or public deployment without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  7. Junaid reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate access to JUNAI at any time.

This license agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the submitting party (the "Client") and Junaid.S, operating under the brand and website [junaidit.com], referred to as ("Designer", "Service", or "Junaid.S").

By submitting a book, document, or content material to be turned into a comic-style visual summary through the Comic My Book service, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership & Rights

  • The Client certifies that they are the original creator, licensed owner, or have written legal permission to adapt the submitted content into a visual or comic format.
     
  • The Client acknowledges that Junaid.S assumes no liability for content submitted without proper ownership or licensing rights.
     

2. Grant of Use for Design Purposes

  • The Client grants Junaid.S and team temporary, limited rights to access, read, and adapt the submitted content for the sole purpose of creating a comic-style visual version.
     
  • This license is non-exclusive and only valid during the active project timeline.
     

3. Final Design Ownership

  • Upon final payment and delivery, the Client owns the final comic design, including distribution rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • Junaid.S reserves the right to display non-sensitive portions of the project in promotional materials, portfolios, or social media unless a written NDA is requested and signed by both parties.
     

4. Intellectual Property Protection

  • The Client agrees not to copy, sell, or repurpose the design systems, page layouts, artistic styles, or branding elements used by Comic My Book for use outside of the service unless granted a commercial reuse license.
     

5. Refund & Revision Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final.
     
  • One round of basic revisions (text/visual tweaks) may be offered post-delivery.
     
  • Full redesigns or additional changes may require an added fee.
     

6. Legal Action for Misuse

  • Any infringement, plagiarism, resale of proprietary content, or false licensing submissions will result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
     

7. Branding Acknowledgment

  • The design and service provided fall under the Comic My Book by Junaid.S brand, operated by junaidit.com.
     
  • All submissions, client support, and official documentation will reference this identity.
